Brandy Pierce has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006. She has a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge starting with residential home construction. Brandy co-owned and operated Jacar Homes, LLC building several new homes in the local area. Brandy also brings extensive administrative and contractual experience coming from the municipal insurance industry at her previous employment. Brandy is extremely passionate about doing the right thing for her homeowners regardless of compensation. Her number one goal is for you to make the most appropriate decision based on your desire and needs, not her own. Jason has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2000. Jason also brings knowledge of home construction to the table. He is a licensed BUILDER since 2003 with extensive experience in residential home construction. Jason Co-owned and operated Jacar Homes, LLC as well as gaining experience as a Superintendent from companies such as Pulte Homes, Dominion Homes, and Bill Clark Homes over the years. Jason also carries the same passion as his wife, Brandy, for doing right by his clients. He believes in his fiduciary responsibility to his clients and pursues their goals as if they were his own. Jason is efficient with technology and prides himself with creative marketing systems. Jason's other interests include the family property management business, new construction, swimming, family and friends, and of course his baby girl Lavendar and memories of his dog Oscar.
